About Us Restorative Industries is a wood care group built by operators, not corporate marketers.
Our brands include:
- Stain & Seal Supply – E-commerce for contractors and homeowners
- Stain & Seal Experts – Service and franchise
- EXPERT Professional Wood Care – B2B manufacturing
- Gopher Wood – Factory-finished lumber
Our core customer is the professional contractor who stains wood for a living. Locally, we also serve homeowners through our Nashville service business. We already have a deep content library—contractor interviews, trainings, before/after projects, reviews, UGC, and event footage. Your job is to turn proven assets into consistent lead flow.
The Mission (First 12–18 Months)
- Build a repeatable lead generation system that delivers:
- Qualified contractor leads for Pro Partner applications and expert calls
- Qualified homeowner leads for Nashville fence and deck staining jobs
All at CPL and CAC that fit the economics of the business. We are scaling from a few dozen leads per month to 50–100 booked service jobs per month in Nashville and dozens of qualified contractor leads per week.
What You’ll Actually Do Paid Media & Lead Generation (Primary Focus) Build, launch, test, and optimize Meta and Google/You Tube campaigns for:
Contractors Pro Partner and education-driven lead funnels Book-a-call style qualification flows Homeowners (Greater Nashville) Fence and deck staining lead funnels Quote and booking flows You will:
- Test audiences, creative, offers, and formats continuously
- Scale what works
- Shut down what doesn’t quickly
- Funnel & Conversion Optimization
- Own the lead journey from click to qualification.
- Landing pages and opt-in flows
- Thank-you pages and next-step CTAs
- Quote and booking flows for local service leads
- Optimize Shopify and website pages that sit inside these funnels
You are responsible for improving conversion and lead quality—not just traffic. Creative System (Performance-Informed, Not Trend-Chasing)
Work with our in-house editor to turn:
- Contractor interviews and trainings
- Before/after project media
- Reviews, UGC, and event footage into ads and funnel assets that generate leads.
You will:
- Maintain a clear library of top-performing creatives
- Continuously test formats and messaging
- Hub Spot & Lead Flow Support
Support and improve lead handling for:
- Contractor leads (nurture and follow-up to application or call)
- Nashville service leads (speed-to-contact and booking support)
- Track lead quality and conversion by source and segment.
Analytics & Reporting Own weekly reporting for both audiences:
Contractors Total vs qualified leads CPL and CAC Cost per application or booked call Nashville Service Total vs qualified leads CPL and CAC Cost per booked job You report clearly, honestly, and in plain language.
