Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and equivalent to four years of full-time professional educational, instructional, or supervisory/administrative work.

Substitution of Graduate Education for

Experience:

Graduate coursework may be substituted for the required experience, year-for-year up to a maximum of two years.

Alternative

Experience:

One year as an Education Consultant I or School Nutrition Consultant with the State of Tennessee.

Necessary Special

Qualifications:

• Possess a valid driver’s license.

Examination Method: Education and Experience, 100%, for Preferred Service positions; for Executive Service positions, qualifications are determined by the appointing authority.

The Senior Coordinator of Early Childhood Quality and Supports is responsible for conducting professional childcare program evaluations in the regulation of certified school-administered childcare programs.

• Examine school-administered childcare programs to ensure adherence with certification regulations.
