St. Mary’s Catholic School is seeking passionate K–5 educators for the 2025–2026 school year. Rooted in the Catholic faith and committed to academic excellence, we nurture the whole child—spiritually, intellectually, emotionally, and physically.

We’re looking for dynamic teachers who are excited to build a Christ-centered, academically rigorous classroom where young learners grow in knowledge and faith.

• Integrate Catholic values into instruction and classroom culture
• Teach core subjects using a Classical, integrated curriculum aligned with diocesan standards
• Foster a structured, engaging, and respectful classroom environment
• Assess student growth and adjust instruction as needed
  
  Collaborate with colleagues and communicate regularly with families
• Participate in school liturgies, events, and ongoing professional development

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
• Valid or eligible Tennessee teaching license
• Passion for Catholic education and student formation
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Prior teaching experience preferred
• Must pass background check
