Job Description: Soliant is actively seeking experienced Special Education Teachers for full-time positions with school districts in the Hartsville, TN area. The successful applicants will provide comprehensive special education services to students, ensuring compliance with local and state requirements.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Special Education or related field.
• State certification or eligibility for certification as a Special Education Teacher in the state
• Previous experience working in special education settings preferred.
• Strong knowledge of local and state regulations pertaining to special education services.

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with special needs.
• Provide direct instruction to students in accordance with IEP goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and parents to create inclusive learning environments.
• Assess student progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed.
• Use assistive technology and specialized materials to support student learning.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of student progress and participation.
• Participate in IEP meetings, team meetings, and professional development activities as required.
