Technical Engineering Manager

Will oversee process improvement, quality systems, and technical optimization within a manufacturing environment. This leadership role will manage a team of engineers and technicians and collaborate across departments to enhance operational efficiency, ensure product quality, and drive a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

• Lead and mentor a team of process and quality engineers.
• Drive quality initiatives focused on reducing defects, waste, and downtime.
• Implement and sustain continuous improvement methods (TPM, Six Sigma, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze production data to improve system performance and product consistency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new product trials and process enhancements.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints; lead root cause and corrective action efforts.
• Contribute to capital projects, technology upgrades, and long‑term engineering strategies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering (or similar).
• 7+ years of engineering or quality experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Proven experience leading teams or technical projects.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, quality tools, and data analysis.
• Excellent problem‑solving, leadership, and communication skills.
• Experience with customer‑focused quality systems preferred.
