Job Summary

The Resident Engineer - Telecom will play a crucial role in overseeing the implementation and maintenance of telecommunications systems within our projects. • Oversee the installation and commissioning of telecom systems and equipment on-site.

• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to resolve technical issues and provide solutions.
• Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of project progress, including reports on system performance and any challenges encountered.
• Provide training and support to junior engineers and technicians, fostering a collaborative work environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in telecom engineering or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of telecom systems, including fiber optics, wireless, and satellite communications.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification. (Preferred)
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools. (Preferred)
• Familiarity with industry regulations and standards related to telecommunications. (Preferred)
