We are currently hiring for the role of Panel Program Specialist.

Summary The Panel Program Specialist is responsible for driving Kele’s panel processes by maintaining open lines of communication with customers and internal stakeholders. Ensure operating procedures are streamlined to improve efficiency and aligned to fulfill customer needs and requests. The Panel Program Specialist also assesses and assists in costing efforts for the assigned panel programs, by ensuring timely processing of orders, assisting in material selection, and clarifying customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

At the direction of the Panel Preconstruction Manager, proactively support Kele’s panel program by developing close working relationships with key personnel of accounts on corporate, divisional, and departmental levels to ensure fulfillment of panel orders;

Demonstrate an understanding of current panel program operating procedures, recommend, and develop new procedures when business outcomes dictate;

Develop a thorough knowledge of the business processes, activities, and technologies of Kele’s panel program customer base;

Interact with Panel Shop management, Panel Engineering, and associated personnel to ensure alignment between production processes and panel program customer needs;

Collect, analyze, document, and present data related to panel sales and production both internally and externally;

Manage the resolution of inquiries from panel program customers by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to support the customers’ and Kele’s shared goals;

Coordinate and drive internal communications within Kele related to panel program;

Interact with Panel Engineering to review customer supplied drawings and bills of material to ensure that correct products are selected and, if required, adhere to UL standards;

Support sales efforts in panel focused engagements with customers;

Develop implementation strategies for customer panels and harmonize with Kele process;

Interact with customers pertaining to drawings and bills of material submitted from sales;

Interact with vendors to collect specific pricing information or external labor needs;

Participate in training opportunities and self-study to increase product and industry knowledge and to improve personal performance.

Preferred Qualifications:

Two to four years of undergraduate work, associate degree, or applicable certification

Minimum of two years of related work experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, and Outlook. Ability to learn and use company software.

Requires ability to learn and select appropriate work procedures for several diversified tasks; to analyze problems and determine corrective measures within established framework; to initiate prescribed corrective action or to seek supplemental direction as required; limited creative thought.
