PCA is seeking a Plant Optimization Engineer at the Jackson, TN corrugated box plant. This is a developmental, two-year rotational program for recent engineering graduates to become future leaders in Maintenance and Production.
Participants gain hands-on training, work across departments, lead process improvements, and prepare for a full-time role aligned with their skills. A BS in engineering and 0–2 years of experience are required, with travel as needed.
