Customer Service Rep
The Sales Associate ensures Electronic Express delivers a first‑class experience as the premier destination for electronics and appliances. You will solve customer needs to make sure that no customer is left unserved or underserved.
Specific Tasks:- Understand and utilize basic selling skills to properly engage and present solutions to customers
- Create an inviting environment for customers by maintaining a neat, clean, and friendly store
- Ensure inventory and merchandising standards are upheld
- Perform front‑end responsibilities such as cashier and returns
- Perform other related duties as assigned
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for front‑line customer service and support for online sales. The Customer Service Representative works under direction from a Customer Service Manager to ensure customer service is consistently high quality.
Specific Tasks:- Provide excellent customer service to online customers
- Respond to both phone and online inquiries
- Resolve issues by accessing information in multiple systems on the computer and by communicating with company staff
- Process orders, refunds, and exchanges
- Generate return shipping labels and schedule package pickups
- Ability to type quickly
- Ability to communicate verbally as well as in writing
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and keep on top of a wide variety of tasks
Our delivery personnel are responsible for delivering and installing major appliances to homes & businesses.
Qualifications:- Able to lift 50+lbs and handle large cartons with ease
- Detail oriented
- Show initiative
- Work well with a team and/or alone
- Basic knowledge of installation, plumbing and electrical preferred but not necessary
Electronic Express is hiring for a Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Clerk with forklift experience for 1st shift in Nashville, TN.
The ideal candidate will possess 1 year experience in shipping/receiving, operating a forklift. The ideal candidate will also have computer skills, strong attention to detail and ability to multitask and organization skills
Qualifications:- Fast paced and lifting required when needed 50lb
- Have a valid driver’s license
- Familiar with case picking, shipping and receiving
- Responsible for order picking
- Package finished products
- Load and unload products
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment
Operate computer and enter data in POS system
