Customer Service Rep
Position Summary
This position is responsible for scheduling and supervising in‑home care workers and clients in the following counties:
Benton, Carroll, Chester, Crockett, Decatur, Dyer, Gibson, Hardeman, Hardin, Haywood, Henry, Henderson, Lake, Madison, McNairy and Obion. It supports the overall branch operation and the delivery of services to our disabled and elderly population.
Full Time:
Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm with rotating on‑call weekend once a month as needed.

- Creates work schedules by entering schedules into the system and managing changes for client schedules due to client requests, illness, vacation or leaves of absence.
- Provides alternate coverage to ensure the client's care plan is followed and client services are not interrupted.
- Supports agency staff in delivering high‑quality services to each client while ensuring services align with the client's care plan.
- Performs in‑home visits in accordance with state regulations, including new admissions and routine supervisory visits.
- Assists in reportable event management and complies with internal and external departments.
- Is willing to travel within the territory; approximately 60% travel, 40% in office.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Requires 1 year of office experience.
- Experience with Electronic Visit Verification Systems preferred.
- 1 year of caregiving/personal care desirable.
- Must be willing to travel.
- Interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
- Computer skills, ability to work in multiple systems.
- Must have reliable transportation.
