Job Summary:

As a Sage Intacct Financial Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality consulting services to our clients. You will also spend about 60% of your time conducting Sage Intacct solution demos. For the remainder of the time, you will support other teams which may include marketing events and Sage Intacct support. You will leverage your expertise in Sage Intacct to design, implement, and support financial solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients.

This role requires strong analytical skills, technical proficiency, and a deep understanding of accounting and financial processes.

• Consulting and Implementation:
  • Work with the sales and client account team to provide Sage Intacct demos.
  • Assist in responding to RFP for Sage Intacct.
  • Assist with Sage Intacct marketing related demos.
• Training and Support:
  • Provide end-user training and documentation to ensure successful adoption of Sage Intacct.
  • Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting for client issues and queries.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Analysis and Reporting:
  • Analyze client financial data and processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights.
  • Assist clients in leveraging Sage Intacct’s reporting and analytics capabilities.
  • Stay up-to-date with Sage Intacct product updates, industry trends, and best practices.
  • Participate in continuous learning and professional development activities.
  • Contribute to the development of internal tools, templates, and methodologies.

• Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial consulting, accounting, or a related field.
  • Proven experience with Sage Intacct implementation and support.
