Senior Accountant

Job Overview

You will be part of the accounting team based in our Tunis Finance Hub. The finance team plays a central role within the organization, acting as a key service unit that supports all business functions. We focus on building efficient processes with a strong emphasis on reconciliation, accuracy, and control. In this role, you will manage accounting responsibilities for assigned legal entities while also contributing to group-level financial activities.

• Managing day-to-day bookkeeping activities
• Handling VAT reporting and reconciliations
• Preparing monthly and annual financial statements
• Performing monthly reporting, including balance sheet reconciliations
• Managing payments and supporting liquidity forecasting
• Conducting financial analysis and ensuring data quality and accuracy

• Relevant academic background with at least 7 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting
• Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines
• Experience with IFRS is an advantage
• Proficiency in Net Suite (ERP system) and Microsoft Power BI (analysis tool)
• Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken (supporting the French entity)
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with continuous change
• Strong team player with a positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a collaborative company culture
