8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Occasional overtime may be required, but we value work‑life balance and limit overtime when possible.

• Contact delinquent accounts by phone, mail, and text, and take appropriate action to bring accounts current or create payment plans.
• Analyze the financial situation of delinquent borrowers and recommend remediation options, including payment plans and repossession.
• Maintain accurate files and reports on all collections activities for assigned accounts, ensuring documentation is complete.
• Inform management of trends observed within delinquent files.
• Testify at legal proceedings as required and interact with attorneys, law enforcement, and other agencies.

• Minimum of 2 years of related or relevant experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.).
• Professional, courteous, and friendly demeanor toward members and co‑workers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
