Summary

The Treasury Management Advisor II acquires and develops new profitable and quality treasury management relationships. Also, retains and deepens existing customer relationships.

• Sales
• Prospecting
• Product pricing and structuring
• Customer proposals
• Proactively build internal relationships with regional partners and relationship managers to drive TM opportunities
• Cross sell other bank products, and stay current on competitor offerings to suggest product improvements
• Proactive management of banker relationships, including routine 1:1’s, development and execution of relationship plans, pipeline reviews, pre‑call plans, partner plans, and joint calling
• Maintain and manage weekly and monthly sales results, ensuring timely entry of data and accuracy
• Assist in outbound calling initiatives offering new solutions to clients and ensuring Huntington as the customer’s primary banking relationship
• Mentor other Treasury Management colleagues
• Act as a positive change agent as Huntington evolves its products and strategies
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Three or more years banking experience with a focus on treasury management/cash management
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience of 4 or more years in banking and/or Treasury Management in lieu of degree

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Three or more years of Treasury Management experience
• CTP or other professional designation

Yes (not eligible for overtime pay)

Office. Certain positions outside the branch network may be eligible for flexible work arrangements. The role may involve a combination of in‑office and work‑from‑home duties as determined by the hiring team.
