You will be the 'go-to' HR partner for the hourly workforce - (manufacturing or industrial experience is a must).

You will be the 'go-to' HR partner for the hourly workforce, walking the floor, engaging with employees, and understanding day‑to‑day operations.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
• Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• PHR, SHRM‑CP, or SHRM‑SCP certification strongly preferred.
• Proficient in Tennessee labor laws and multi‑state compliance requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust across all levels of the organization.
• A strong background in employee relations within a non‑union workforce environment.
• A hands‑on approach; must be comfortable walking the floor, engaging with employees, and understanding day‑to‑day operations.

$45.00 - $50.00 / hr
