Job Overview
Greenheck Group, a global leader in air movement and ventilation, seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist II to support company hiring across all levels.
Responsibilities- Execute full‑cycle recruiting to meet organizational staffing needs, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, pre‑employment screening, and offer extension.
- Partner with HR managers and hiring managers to understand talent requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
- Represent the company at community events, virtual screens, and other recruiting engagements, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Utilize social media, professional networking sites, and other tools to source qualified candidates.
- Collaborate with HR business partners to optimize recruiting processes and leverage the applicant tracking system.
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers throughout the hiring lifecycle.
- Assist with other HR projects and administrative duties as assigned.
- Research labor market trends and present findings to stakeholders.
- 2–4 years of relevant recruiting experience in Human Resources.
- Associate degree or equivalent experience (minimum 2 years).
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems;
Workday preferred. - Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
Starting base pay range: $69,581–$85,953, commensurate with knowledge, skills, experience, and performance. Physical RequirementsWork is performed in an office environment. Candidates must be able to operate standard office equipment, lift up to 10 pounds occasionally, and perform repetitive motions. Strong visual acuity is required for computer use and data review.
