• Expertise in employee relations and recruitment.
• 5+ years Experience in Human Resources.
• Exposure to workplace investigations.
• Working Knowledge of Tennessee employment laws.
• BS in Human Resources or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Dental or Healthcare Industry background, A PLUS!

Compensation: $65,000-$68,000 per year
