Senior Business Intelligence Developer

Growing team in the SaaS / payments / high-volume transaction space is looking for a Sr. Business Intelligence developer who can partner easily with senior leaders across Finance, Product, Marketing, Engineering, Operations, and Customer Success as well as translate complex data into clear answers for non-technical stakeholders

• 7+ years in Business Intelligence, Analytics, Product/Revenue/Finance Analytics, or a related field
• Background in SaaS, payments, marketplace, ecommerce, or high-volume transaction environments
• Hands‑on Amazon Quick Sight experience (or comparable BI platform, dashboard development, datasets, calculated fields, permissions, refresh schedules, and ongoing maintenance)
• Experience with business systems like Stripe, Hub Spot, Net Suite, or Google Analytics
• Familiarity with AWS data environments—especially Redshift—and a track record of partnering with Engineering and Data Engineering
• Strong SQL and comfort working with large, complex datasets
• Deep understanding of data warehouses, data modeling, governed datasets, dashboard architecture, and metric governance
• Experience building executive dashboards and recurring business reporting
• Proven ability to lead BI initiatives and own reporting roadmaps across multiple functions
