C Spire is seeking an experienced Senior Performance Media Buyer to execute, manage, and optimize paid digital campaigns across our core media channels. This is a highly hands-on, in-house role focused on precision execution, campaign performance, and operational excellence across both B2C and B2B initiatives.
You will own live campaigns end-to-end—managing spend, optimizing performance in real time, and ensuring accuracy across all platforms. This role is designed for a seasoned operator who thrives in execution, testing, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
What You Will DoIn all of your duties, you will have a relentless, obsessive, yet disciplined approach to manage all details to perfection and deliver desired results.
Execute and Manage Media Campaigns Execute and manage customer acquisition campaigns across paid social (Meta, Tik Tok, Linked In), SEM (Google, Bing), and programmatic platforms (in-house DSP: Stack Adapt)
Own full campaign trafficking, including setup, QA, naming conventions, creative rotation, and launch readiness
Maintain clean, consistent campaign structures and documentation across all platforms
Manage budgets, pacing, and delivery to align with approved plans and flighting
Identify opportunities to scale high-performing campaigns and test new channels or strategies
Optimize Performance and Drive Results Perform daily optimizations across bids, budgets, audiences, placements, and creative to improve efficiency and outcomes
Monitor performance trends and make in-platform adjustments to support acquisition and lead generation goals
Manage creative rotation and refresh cadence, identifying fatigue and performance issues
Execute structured A/B testing across creative, audiences, placements, and bidding strategies
Build and maintain a rigorous testing roadmap across the full funnel
Measure, Analyze, and Report Monitor campaign performance using Adobe Analytics and other tools
Validate tracking, conversions, and data accuracy in partnership with analytics and web teams
Support reporting efforts, including pacing, delivery, and KPI tracking
Quickly identify and resolve performance issues or anomalies
Collaborate Cross-Functionally Partner with eCommerce, Analytics, Data Science, Web, UX/UI, Creative, and Strategy teams to execute campaigns effectively
Provide actionable feedback on creative, targeting, and delivery performance
Collaborate with vendors to ensure alignment on execution standards and timelines
Deliver Operational Excellence Maintain strong campaign hygiene, QA discipline, and trafficking accuracy
Troubleshoot platform, delivery, or tracking issues during live campaigns
Stay current on platform updates, buying mechanics, and ad product changes
Continuously improve workflows and execution efficiency

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field or equivalent practical experience5–10+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
Proven experience driving customer acquisition and/or sales across paid social, search, and programmatic platforms
Experience owning and optimizing live campaigns with significant budgets and minimal oversight
Hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics (Google Analytics familiarity is a plus)
Experience supporting both B2C and B2B campaigns
