Coordinator, Streaming & Commercial Strategy

Position Overview

UMG is seeking a highly organized Coordinator for Streaming & Commercial Strategy to support the Commercial Partnerships team in executing revenue initiatives across streaming platforms and other channels.

Coordinating and executing revenue initiatives across streaming platforms, DSP pitching, and commercial channels.

• Streaming Pitching & Editorial Support: Prepare weekly DSP pitching materials, maintain internal release calendars, submit playlist pitches, monitor placements, and support editorial strategies.
• Operations & Asset Management: Coordinate delivery of assets for DSP campaigns, create commercial recaps, manage metadata and tagging strategies, and compile pitch decks.
• DSP Profile & Platform Optimization: Support ongoing optimization of artist profiles, improve discoverability, and ensure metadata accuracy.
• D2C & Retail Maintenance: Assist with direct-to-consumer storefront setup, product coordination, and retail account support.
• Team Support: Process invoices, submit expense reports, coordinate meetings and events, and perform miscellaneous assigned tasks.

• 1–3 years of experience in music, streaming, digital media, marketing, or related entry-level roles.
• Strong interest in streaming platforms and digital music strategy.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, digital tools, and data tracking.
• Excellent communication skills and effective cross-team collaboration.
• Passion for music and enthusiasm for supporting artists’ growth.
