    • Translate business processes into clear automation logic and rule definitions.
    • Develop user stories, process maps, and acceptance criteria.

    • Define data normalization standards across extracted fields.
    • Validate extracted data against expected formats and business context.
  • Business Rules & Validation Logic
    • Define and document business rules to verify completeness and correctness of enlisted evaluation documents.
    • Support implementation of rule‑based validation (e.g., required fields, formatting, scoring consistency).
    • Identify edge cases and exception scenarios.
  • Testing & Quality Assurance
    • Develop and execute UAT test cases focused on evaluation document processing.
    • Validate that automation outputs meet Navy business standards.
    • Support defect tracking, triage, and resolution.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration
    • Act as liaison between Navy personnel SMEs and automation developers.
    • Facilitate workshops, working sessions, and demos.
    • Communicate progress, risks, and requirements clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
Requirements
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain an active Secret clearance.
  • 3–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in RPA or automation initiatives.

  • Strong experience with agile software delivery.
  • Ability to define business rules and validation logic in structured formats.
  • Strong knowledge of Navy and DoD PWS and SOWs to ensure delivery compliance.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with Navy personnel systems or enlisted evaluation processes (EVALs/FITREPs).
  • Experience supporting document‑heavy workflows and data extraction solutions.
  • Knowledge of data normalization and structured/unstructured data handling.
  • Active or previous security clearance.
