American Bath Group is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Systems Analyst to join our Logistics team in Jackson, Tennessee. Reporting directly to the Systems & Analytics Manager, this role plays a key part in supporting business processes, system optimization initiatives, operational reporting, and data-driven decision-making across our logistics organization.

Position Summary

The Business Systems Analyst serves as a critical link between business operations and technology, helping identify opportunities for process improvement, system enhancements, and reporting solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, analyze data, optimize workflows, and support ongoing systems initiatives within the logistics function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Support and maintain business systems used within logistics and operational functions.
  • Gather, document, and translate business requirements into system solutions and process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain operational reports, dashboards, and analytics tools to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify system enhancement opportunities and troubleshoot issues.
  • Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to support business objectives.
  • Assist with testing, implementation, and validation of new system functionality and process changes.
  • Analyze operational data and provide actionable insights to improve performance.
  • Create and maintain documentation for business processes, system workflows, and reporting procedures.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across logistics and supply chain operations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience supporting business systems, reporting, analytics, or process improvement initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to gather requirements and communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with in manufacturing, distribution, logistics, transportation, or supply chain environments.
  • Experience with ERP systems, business intelligence tools, or operational reporting platforms.
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and business process mapping.
  • Familiarity with SQL, database reporting, or data visualization tools is a plus.

Work Environment

This is an onsite position located in Jackson, Tennessee. No routine travel is required; however, occasional optional travel opportunities may be available.
