We are seeking an RPA Architect to join our team.

• Collaborate with the RPA Business Analyst to conduct and document business process reviews; assist in creating the Process Definition Document (PDD).
• Collaborate with the RPA Solution Architect to build the intended process architecture; consider UiPath Robotic Enterprise Framework (ReFramework), Orchestrator queues/assets, workflow (.xaml) structure, dispatcher/performer packages, and error handling.
• Build automation in UiPath Studio according to Baker Tilly RPA coding standards.
• Conduct unit and integration testing to verify PDD/architecture requirements.
• Create the Test Plan/Test Report in collaboration with the RPA Business Analyst.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with the client and implement bug fixes from UAT.
• Transition automation packages from development to production environment.
• Document automation process and architecture in a Run Book, combining a Solution Design Document (SDD) and Design Specification Document (DSD).
• Monitor automation performance and provide bug fixes during a 2‑4 week hyper‑care period.

• 5+ years of experience with RPA projects (preferred, not required).
• College degree (preferred, not required).
• Software development skills (preferred, not required).
• UiPath Certified “Associate Automation Developer” or “Automation Developer Professional” (preferred, not required).
• Microsoft Certified “Power Automate RPA Developer” (preferred, not required).
• Microsoft Certified “Power Platform Solution Architect Expert” (preferred, not required).
• Must be able to obtain and maintain an active Secret clearance.
• Strong experience leading software implementation and development teams.
• Strong experience with Navy and DoD IT systems and technology implementation cycles.
• Strong customer‑facing ownership and communication.
• Experience with document processing / IDP tools.

Compensation range: $137,600 to $171,990, influenced by skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
