We’re looking for a Computer Hardware Technician who thrives in a hands‑on environment working with server hardware, diagnostics, and repairs. You won’t be stuck behind a desk. You’ll be actively troubleshooting, repairing, and testing equipment—playing a direct role in ensuring quality and performance. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their technical career who wants to build real‑world experience with enterprise‑level hardware while working alongside a collaborative and supportive team.
WhatYou’ll Be Doing
- Diagnose and troubleshoot server hardware and component issues
- Repair or replace defective parts to restore functionality
- Disassemble and reassemble units following detailed work instructions
- Use diagnostic tools and test equipment to identify issues
- Test repaired units to ensure they meet performance and quality standards
- Document repair data and enter information into the QMS system
- Identify and report recurring issues or quality concerns to engineering teams
- Inspect products for proper labeling and compliance with specifications
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- 6–12 months of technical repair or related hands‑on experience
- Experience troubleshooting hardware or electromechanical assemblies
- Background in a production, repair, or technical environment preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Basic understanding of hardware diagnostics and repair processes
- Familiarity with tools and test equipment used in troubleshooting
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, basic systems)
- CompTIA certification
- Cisco CCNA (or working toward it)
- Strong attention to detail
- Analytical thinking and problem‑solving ability
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and processes
- Strong organizational skills
- Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast‑paced environment
- $25.50–$26 per hour, depending on shift and experience
