Role Overview
The Sr. Application Support Lead role is to oversee the support, performance, and lifecycle management of manufacturing‑critical applications across the organization while ensuring a strong customer service experience for end users and business stakeholders.
What You Will Do- Provide Application Support
- Manage Upgrades and Maintenance
- Develop and Maintain Integrations
- Coordinate Cross‑Functional Support
- Deliver Customer‑Focused Support
- Monitor and Optimize System Performance
- Lead Vendor Management
- Represent the User Voice
- Support Audit and Compliance
- Participate in Lifecycle Planning
- Promote Safety and Incident Readiness
- Leadership experience managing global teams and building relationships with senior stakeholders in complex/matrix organizations
- Experience providing customer‑focused technical support
- Experience with ITIL V3
- Experience in plant operations and grain elevator
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science/Engineering, or related disciplines
- Minimum of 1 year experience with IT Service Management processes and tools
- Minimum of 2 years in Application Support
- Experience in plant operations and grain elevator
