Supply Chain Solutions Manager, Operations Technology Solutions - Supply Chain; OTS-SC

Overview

The IT Supply Chain Robotics team is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Solutions Manager to join the Supply Chain Solutions (SCS) organization. This role involves managing a portfolio of strategic customer accounts and delivering data-driven supply chain solutions to meet evolving needs, while leading programs that improve operational performance and customer satisfaction. The IT SC Robotics organization plans, sources, makes, and delivers IT equipment to empower Worldwide Amazon Stores operations, delivering scalable and innovative supply chain solutions to support forward and reverse technology fulfillment services.

The SCS team serves as the central hub for managing customer relationships, supply chain services, and process change management across Amazon's global operations.

You will be the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned customer accounts, balancing strategic account management with hands-on program execution, and driving initiatives that drive operational excellence while maintaining strong customer relationships.

• Leverage deep understanding of supply chain operations (procurement, fulfillment, inventory management, OTIF metrics) to serve as trusted advisor for assigned customer accounts and build long-lasting partnerships with senior stakeholders
• Onboard new customers to IT SC Robotics services, ensure understanding of fulfillment capabilities, lead times, and performance expectations; develop customized data dashboards to track OTIF, deliverable percentage, and inventory levels
• Lead and execute supply chain improvement programs across customer portfolios, including process optimization, automation initiatives, and service enhancements that improve OTIF, cost, and customer satisfaction
• Apply program management discipline to initiatives, including defining scope, developing workback schedules, coordinating cross-functional resources, tracking milestones, and managing risks
• Partner with IT program managers to translate technical requirements into operational solutions, ensuring alignment between customer program needs and supply chain capabilities
• Collect and synthesize voice of customer feedback, translating operational challenges into actionable insights for SC leadership
• Drive account strategy by understanding customer requirements, challenges, and future needs to design high-quality, value-adding supply chain solutions
• Leverage data analysis and Python scripting to extract insights, automate reporting, identify trends, and support data-driven decisions for customer accounts
• Coordinate with cross-functional internal stakeholders to align resources and prioritize successful outcomes
• Communicate performance metrics and KPIs (e.g., OTIF, deliverable percentage, inventory levels) through regular reporting and business reviews
• Facilitate regular internal customer and stakeholder meetings to align supply chain capabilities with customers' business operations
• Coordinate inventory procurement, prioritization, and delivery timelines to meet customer commitments for IT infrastructure and end-user equipment orders
• Collaborate with regional account management teams to share best practices, provide coaching, and ensure exceptional customer experiences

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package includes sign-on payments and RSUs. Final compensation is determined by experience, qualifications, and location. • 3+ years of program or project management experience
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
• Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams

• 3+ years of driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
• 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
• Experience in stakeholder management with multiple stakeholders at varied levels
• Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
