First Horizon Bank seeks a Level 1 Help Desk Technician to provide frontline IT support for employees who rely on technology to serve customers. You will troubleshoot PC hardware and software, printers, and multi‑functional devices, and assist with remote support using Remote Desktop and Active Directory.
The role requires excellent customer service, analytical and communication skills, with a solid IT foundation and at least 1 year in a similar role. Office‑based with occasional travel.
