We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Business Analyst with strong expertise in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, warehouse operations, and technical teams to gather requirements, optimize warehouse processes, and support WMS implementations and enhancements.
Key Responsibilities- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for WMS solutions.
- Collaborate with warehouse operations, supply chain, and IT teams to improve warehouse processes.
- Support WMS implementations, enhancements, testing, and production support.
- Analyze inbound, outbound, inventory, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and replenishment processes.
- Create business process flows, functional specifications, user stories, and process documentation.
- Coordinate UAT, defect tracking, and end-user training.
- Work with cross-functional teams to integrate WMS with ERP, OMS, TMS, and other enterprise applications.
- Support data analysis, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
- 12+ years of Business Analyst experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, fulfillment and logistics.
- Experience with WMS platforms such as Manhattan, Blue Yonder (JDA), Körber/High Jump, SAP EWM, Oracle WMS, or similar.
- Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process maps, and functional documentation.
- Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Retail, eCommerce, or Supply Chain domains.
- Knowledge of ERP, OMS, TMS, and system integrations.
- Experience with API, EDI, and reporting tools is a plus.
