Position OverviewWe are seeking a Quality Systems Specialist / SAP Master Data Analyst to support enterprise master data governance across manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, and quality organizations.
This role is responsible for the creation, maintenance, governance, and quality of master data to ensure accuracy, compliance, consistency, and operational efficiency throughout the product lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with SAP Material Master, SAP Master Data Governance (MDG), and SAP Master Data Management
.
Experience with
Windchill is preferred.
- Create, maintain, and govern SAP Material Master data
. - Support SAP master data setup, maintenance, and updates.
- Ensure master data meets established quality, compliance, and business requirements.
- Partner with manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, and quality teams to resolve master data issues.
- Support product lifecycle activities, production requirements, and engineering changes.
- Analyze master data processes and identify opportunities to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Help standardize master data governance processes and procedures.
- Identify and reduce manual processes while improving data integrity.
- Provide guidance on quality systems, policies, procedures, and master data requirements.
- Support ongoing quality assurance programs and ensure processes are maintained and updated.
- Collaborate with operating organizations to analyze processes and ensure requirements are consistently followed.
- Support global standardization and best-practice sharing across the organization.
- 2–3+ years of relevant experience
. - Hands-on experience with:
- SAP Material Master
- SAP Master Data Governance (MDG)
- SAP Master Data Management
- Master data creation and maintenance
- Strong attention to data accuracy and quality.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience with Windchill
. - Experience supporting manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, or quality organizations.
- Experience with quality systems and process governance.
- Experience identifying process improvements and improving data integrity.
This is a fully onsite position in Memphis, Tennessee
, working 40 hours per week.
