** What You'll Do*
* As a transportation clerk, you'll be part of our team located in Jackson, TN. You'll get to:

+ Perform wave planning of orders using Warehouse Management System (WMS)

+ Run TPS schedules and release routed shipments to WMS

+ Utilize JDA for transportation planning and execution tasks

+ Generate daily, weekly, and monthly transportation reports

+ Book and assign backhaul truckload shipments

+ Book and assign collect shipments via customer web-based applications

+ Respond to customer service inquiries regarding shipments

+ Track shipments and resolve any delays

+ Perform other related duties as assigned

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ Minimum 4 years' experience in an automated distribution environment

+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook) and Internet Explorer

+ Experience operating standard office equipment (fax, copier, printer, postage meter, etc.)

+ Familiarity with Six Sigma methodologies preferred

+ Strong interpersonal and written communication skills

+ Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently

+

Experience with WMS, SAP, LMS, TPS, and JDA systems preferred
