Position Overview
At Verde Clean
, we are committed to creating clean, healthy, and sustainable environments. As a part‑time Utility Technician
, you will support our custodial operations. This role focuses on detailed custodial work and floor care, along with assisting on occasional special cleaning tasks. We seek someone with strong floor‑care experience and who is also available for on‑call needs when required.
- Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 7:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. (hours may vary depending on project needs)
- Hours: Up to 20 hours per week
- Pay: $20 per hour
- Start Date: ASAP
- Perform routine custodial duties and light maintenance as assigned.
- Handle floor care tasks, including buffing, scrubbing, waxing, and extraction.
- Assist with occasional special cleaning projects or detailed cleaning assignments.
- Help maintain supply inventory and basic equipment upkeep.
- Support the custodial team with coverage and task completion.
- Follow all safety procedures and report issues to management.
- Strong, hands‑on floor‑care experience (machines, chemicals, techniques).
- Ability to perform detailed custodial work.
- Reliable, flexible, and open to on‑call availability.
- Someone who takes pride in quality and follows safety standards.
