Patriot Equity Credit Union has an opportunity for a hands-on executive leader to become their next Chief Executive Officer!
The Chief Executive Officer will lead, oversee, and manage all operations within the Credit Union, aligning them with the organization's strategic goals, policies, and the directives set forth by the Board of Directors. This individual will be responsible for safeguarding financial stability while ensuring exceptional member satisfaction, a commitment that is at the core of Credit Union operations.
The Chief Executive Officer will provide strategic guidance, foster a visionary approach, and exercise effective leadership and management across all aspects of the organization while representing, guiding, and fostering exceptional member service within the communities they serve.
Five to seven years of experience in a chief leadership role, with daily management of multiple divisions to grow the organization, and working knowledge of regulatory compliance is required. A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related curriculum is needed, and commensurate experience in increasingly broadened chief roles is desired.
