Shift- M-F 7pm-3:30am
- 1 year of experience in the administration of training programs in a manufacturing environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Conduct general training on all processes, equipment and warehouse procedures for new hires and temporary associates.
- Responsible for the development, updating, and implementation of training materials for hourly associates and departments.
- Coordinate and establish training schedule for new hires, transfers, and temporary associates.
- Update and distribute SOPs on processes, procedures & equipment, write checklists, and create training schedules.
- Establish training guidelines/sessions for new processes, procedures & equipment and/or product offerings.
- Organize and conduct annual departmental refresher training for all existing hourly associates.
- Conduct audits of existing SOPs in all operations areas and update based on findings.
- Solicit associates for "best practices" and apply those to existing SOPs with management approval.
- Monitor and analyze training programs designed to maintain/improve quality.
- Recommend modifications and improvements to training systems and procedures.
- Maintain master training spreadsheets used in skills assessments and perform reassessments on a regular basis.
- Coordinate logistics for training activities including venues and equipment.
- Conduct training‑related presentations during weekly shift meetings or monthly Safety and Quality Huddles when requested.
- Maintain documentation of previous associate trainings.
- Establish criteria, coordinate, and execute train‑the‑trainer programs.
- Assist with quality audits when time is available.
