Role DescriptionThis is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Jackson, TN, for an Account Coordinator. The Account Coordinator will handle day‑to‑day account management, foster strong customer relationships, and ensure high‑quality customer service. Daily responsibilities include communicating with clients, analyzing account performance, resolving service issues, coordinating with vendors, and supporting administrative processes to deliver exceptional client experiences.

- Proficient in Account Management and Customer Service to manage client needs, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction.
