To manage and oversee all aspects of daily hub operations, including supervising city delivery dispatcher(s), hub delivery specialists and any other team members assigned to hub. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
Essential Job Functions- Serve as supervisor responsible for managing and maintaining a high level of accuracy and customer service for all city delivery service functions.
- Work with city delivery dispatcher(s) to ensure that all product is properly invoiced to spoke stores.
- Investigate all shipping and inventory discrepancies related to hub and ensure they are corrected in a timely manner.
- Assist with monthly cycle counts and other inventory control duties as assigned.
- Ensure all hub stockers and related personnel check in and put up stock orders accurately and timely.
- Maintain proper shrinkage focus and tools to minimize the store’s exposure to theft and paperwork shortages.
- Oversee all hub delivery routes under responsibility, ensuring routes are followed, efficiency maximized, and costs minimized.
- Ensure safe driving practices are followed and all delivery policies are implemented; manage hub‑side expenses to maximize profitability for hub and spoke stores.
- Maintain an organized, clean city delivery area divided into bins for each spoke store; schedule hub employees to provide adequate coverage while meeting payroll budget.
- Maintain monthly work schedules for all team members under supervision, ensuring all clock in/out activities comply with company policy.
- Monitor delivery specialist route schedules via the dispatcher, communicating any delays to remaining stores on the route.
- Coordinate with the store manager to cover routes when the city delivery supervisor or specialists are absent; ensure vehicles are well maintained with quarterly inspections completed thoroughly and mileage entered daily into the asset management system.
- Provide input to the store manager regarding dispatcher and specialist performance in preparation for performance evaluations.
- Assist in the hiring process by completing recruiting tasks, scheduling and participating in interviews, evaluating candidates, and collaborating with management to select qualified team members.
- Ensure new driver training occurs timely and ongoing training is completed as required.
- Ensure all drivers have passed pre‑employment drug tests and MVRs approved through Risk Management prior to employment.
- Maintain approved MVRs on file with Risk Management for all regularly scheduled drivers.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced environment.

- Supervisor and/or manager experience.
- Fluency in multiple languages;
Spanish is highly desired.
