Salary: $125,000 - $135,000 per year

Our company is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team. This role is an integral part of our Construction division, specializing in industrial, water, wastewater, and pump station projects. As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of electrical design, installation, and maintenance in various construction projects. You will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects and will be responsible for managing the electrical team, ensuring that work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Oversee and manage all electrical aspects of construction projects from conception to completion.
• Develop and implement project work plans and review as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects, including the coordination of material and labor.
• Identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities.
• Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
• Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
• Track project milestones and deliverables and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and review project deliverables.
• Conduct project post mortems and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
• Effectively communicate relevant project information to superiors and peers.
• Resolve and/or escape issues in a timely fashion.
• Comply with and ensure project compliance with safety regulations.
• Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a project management role, specifically in the construction industry.
• Proven experience in managing electrical projects in the industrial, water, wastewater, and pump station sectors.
• Solid understanding of electrical design, installation, and maintenance in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, equipment, and applicable codes and standards.
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
• Proficient in project management software and MS Office Suite.
