Position Summary
As a Realty Project Coach you will join Walmart US Realty Execution team to deliver store and club remodels, new store openings, and special projects across the United States. You will own the execution of projects in your assigned stores, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet Walmart’s quality standards. You will partner with store team leads to supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and collaborate with store leadership to keep projects on track.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Create a project plan covering schedule, budget, and quality standards.
- Communicate plans, changes, and obstacles to key stakeholders.
- Supervise and coach hourly team members.
- Travel up to 1,000 miles, 80% of the time, and stay 17–21 days at project sites.
- Work primarily overnight shifts, typically 10–12 hours.
Salary range: $60,000 - $110,000 annually, plus annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Certain positions may include stock options.
Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area; or 3 years of such experience.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Ability to be away from home for extended periods and travel frequently.
- Commitment to maintaining an ethical workplace.
- Master’s degree in business or related field.
- 1 year of experience leading cross‑functional teams.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Oversee associates: hire, train, mentor, assign duties, provide recognition, and foster diversity awareness.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to implement business solutions and recognize improvement opportunities.
