Zaxby's - - Responsibilities:
Oversee restaurant operations and achieve performance targets across financial results, customer satisfaction, and culture;
Supervise HR activities including recruitment, hiring, training, retention, performance evaluations, and terminations;
Lead a team of managers and approximately 50 crew members to ensure high standards of service and food quality;
