Vice President Finance

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF

THE ROLE:

To direct and manage the analysis of overall company revenues and expenses as well as specific client revenues; to direct and manage ad hoc financial analysis projects; and to direct and manage the strategic planning group within the Finance department.

• Directs and manages the Strategic Planning staff; establishes business plan with goals and objectives for the Strategic Planning group.
• Leads managers and related staff in analyzing overall company revenues and expenses as well as revenues and expenses for specific clients.
• Provides leadership and coordination for setting revenue and expense targets for the organization.
• Directs ad hoc reporting assignments; leads ad hoc supporting analysis and results communication with maximum cost savings recommendations.
• Participates in due diligence for acquisitions with upper management for potential acquisitions; coordinates acquisition integrations for the Finance department.

• Administers company personnel policies in all areas and follows company staffing standards and training recommendations.
• Interviews, hires and establishes colleague performance development plans; conducts colleague performance discussions.
• Provides support, guidance, leadership and motivation to promote maximum performance.

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required.
• CPA and advanced degree preferred.
• Ten (10) years accounting experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required to include four (4) years supervisor experience.
