Operations Supervisor – Commercial Facilities Services

The Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily execution of services at assigned customer site(s). This role ensures staffing, scheduling, and quality standards are met while supporting frontline employees and maintaining efficient day-to-day operations.

Depending on business needs, the Operations Supervisor may oversee a single customer location or multiple locations within the same client account and market. The position remains focused on operational execution, employee support, and consistent service delivery.

• Oversee daily service execution at assigned customer location(s).
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and shift coverage to support operational needs.
• Monitor work quality and ensure established service standards are met.
• Support the onboarding and training of new employees.
• Address routine operational issues while maintaining efficient daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and customer requirements.
• Communicate operational updates and concerns to the Senior Operations Supervisor or Operations Manager.
• Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and support to frontline employees.

• Previous supervisory or team lead experience preferred.
• Experience in service-based or facilities operations preferred.
• Janitorial or facilities maintenance experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable with strong attention to detail.

Work schedules vary based on customer and business needs and may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

This position requires standing, walking, and actively managing operations throughout the workday. Candidates must be able to perform physical tasks such as bending and lifting as needed and work in a variety of commercial and industrial environments.
