Senior Manufacturing Engineer

Our client is seeking a skilled professional to enhance and optimize their industrial manufacturing methods. This role involves utilizing expertise in product design, materials, and production processes to improve efficiency and quality standards.

• Analyze and strategically plan workforce utilization, space requirements, and workflow for optimal equipment and workspace layout.
• Estimate production timelines, staffing needs, and costs to support informed management decisions.
• Facilitate production processes by effectively communicating manufacturing capabilities and schedules.
• Collaborate with vendors to specify product requirements and coordinate equipment, material purchases, and parts.
• Assess products against specifications and quality benchmarks.
• Ensure complete and accurate documentation of all necessary records.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in adherence to 5S standards.
• Comply with all Safety, Environmental, and Quality policies and procedures.

• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Address complex issues, escalating only the most challenging problems.
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge and expertise in the field.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to team members.
• Hold a bachelor's degree with 4 to 6 years of relevant experience.
• Follow written and verbal directions effectively.
• Exhibit strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Meet deadlines consistently.
• Work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
• Display strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
• Show proficiency in design.
