Job Description
SUMMARYRoll Department
Assembles Fin & Tubes to headers, swage tubes, spotface tubes, pressure check, sometimes weld, and wash core assembly
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESPositions parts according to knowledge of unit being assembled by following blueprints.
Hammers, measures, roller swage(similar to a hand drill operation, or otherwise fasten parts together
Removes small quantities of metal with pneumatic drill using a cutting tool.
Assembles test plates with bolts/nuts and pressure test units under water to determine a leak free unit.
OVERHEAD HOISTSTraining and use of an overhead hoist is required to move Fin & Tubes as well as complete assemblies in a safe manner.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESThis job has no supervisory responsibilities.
Pay range $21.00 - $23.00
