Nailor Industries is seeking a Copper Brazer to join our manufacturing team at our Winfield facility. In this hands‑on role, you’ll be responsible for brazing copper components used in HVAC and air distribution products—ensuring strong, leak‑free connections that meet our high standards for quality and performance.

What You’ll Do
  • Perform brazing on copper components using torch and filler materials.
  • Assemble parts following work instructions and engineering drawings.
  • Inspect joints to ensure strength, quality, and leak‑free performance.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area (5S standards).
  • Meet daily production targets while maintaining high quality.
  • Identify and report defects, equipment issues, or safety concerns.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience with brazing or welding preferred (copper brazing a plus).
  • Manufacturing or assembly experience is helpful.
  • Ability to read basic work instructions and drawings.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality.
  • Reliable, team‑oriented, and safety‑focused.
  • Manufacturing setting with exposure to heat and industrial equipment.
  • Use of PPE required (gloves, eye protection, etc.).
  • Physically active role (standing, lifting, repetitive tasks).
