Mighty Distributing System of America (MDSA) is a national leader in aftermarket auto parts. The Mighty Product Center (MPC) in Jackson, TN, is the central hub supporting over 100 distributors across 45 states and five international partners. As a Packaging Technician, you will help support daily production and distribution operations by preparing, packaging, and organizing products for shipment while maintaining quality and safety standards.

• Package materials and products accurately by hand
• Assemble, prepare, clean, and line cartons and pack containers
• Identify products and packaging materials by part number
• Package consigned parts, kits, and related materials
• Inspect products for damage or non-conformance
• Maintain packaging tools and equipment, including tape guns and glue guns
• Keep assigned work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Follow all company safety procedures and operational guidelines
• Assist in other production and distribution functions as needed

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently
• Basic math and problem-solving skills
• Dependability and strong work ethic
• Previous warehouse, packaging, manufacturing, or distribution experience is a plus, but not required

• Clean, climate-controlled work environment
• Lifting to 50 lbs. occasionally
• Standing, walking, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, kneeling, and grasping throughout the shift

• First Shift (7:30 am – 4:00 pm)
• Monday through Friday
• Overtime as needed
