Aboutthe role
Primary
Purpose:
To ensure that the Crossville, TN sites are clean and sanitary.
- Clean the Parking Lot
- Clean under outside Bin
- Clean Char Area
- Clean under Dust Dump area
- Clean area around Condensate Tanks
- Pick up trash in yard
- Check roof for sawdust accumulation and clean
- Clean Web Burner areas
- Clean alley including sawdust, char and sump
- Clean Tank Farm A and wash tanks
- Clean Tank Farm B and wash tanks
- Blow leaves out of Diesel tank area
- Dig ditches in furnace room
- Clean Poly/Oil room
- Inspect boneyard and address as needed
- Clean behind Maintenance shop and inspect for runoff
- Clean exhaust fan louvers and screens/ clean floor fan screens
- Clean tank farm trenches, pits, and trash
- Clean and organize powder plant mezzanine
- Clean and organize R&D mezzanine
- Clean and organize rolling wheels shop mezzanine
- Clean furnace room doors
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification Requirements:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to stand, bend, crawl, squat, grasp and manipulate cleaning devices such as a Skid Steer (Bobcat) Parking Lot Sweeper, shovel, mops, brooms, and brushes.
Must be able to see to read instructions.
Work Environment
Ability to work in hot, cold or wet environments.
Education
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred but not required.
Compensation and BenefitsThe pay rate for this position is $20.20 per hour.
