** How you'll make an impact
*** Champion a zero-incident safety culture and promote environmental responsibility across operations
* Plan, prioritize, and allocate resources to achieve production targets efficiently
* Align production schedules with demand plans to ensure on-time delivery
* Monitor and analyze production data to drive performance improvements
* Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize plant capacity and resource utilization
* Lead problem-solving efforts for production, technical, and logistics challenges
* Drive quality and continuous improvement initiatives to meet operational KPIs
* Inspire, coach, and develop team members to achieve their full potential
* Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
** Your background
*** Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years, associate degree with 4+ years, or high school diploma/GED with 8+ years of manufacturing experience
* Experience in industrial manufacturing environments with lean and Six Sigma exposure
* Strong understanding of production planning and team accountability practices
* Familiarity with material planning and cross-functional collaboration
* Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
* Effective communication skills and experience with workforce/timekeeping systems
