• Leadership and Team Development:
  Lead, mentor, and support the production control and inventory control teams to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
• Inventory Management:
  Oversee inventory levels, tracking, and accuracy to ensure materials are available for production while minimizing waste. Review and approve daily cycle counts of raw material and finished goods to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Production Planning and Coordination:
  Develop and implement production schedules that align with demand forecasts and operational capabilities.
• Supplier and Vendor Coordination:
  Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely material delivery and resolve any supply chain disruptions.
• Problem‑Solving:
  Proactively address production or inventory challenges and implement effective solutions to keep operations running smoothly.

• Have strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of the flow of material and transactions through manufacturing processes.
• Excel at building relationships and trust with peers, builders, and suppliers.
• Thrive in problem‑solving situations and can manage change with confidence.
• Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Have a passion for safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Embrace opportunities to lead and support team collaboration.
