**# Warranty Technician (Bushings)
** The Opportunity
** Join the Warranty Team supporting OIP & OPD bushing warranty and refurbishment operations. Work within a skilled technical group to ensure safe, high‐quality, and efficient repair and refurbishment of products. Grow technical capabilities and contribute to daily workflow success.
** How You Will Make an Impact
*** Perform warranty and refurbishment tasks.
* Complete assigned repair work following established procedures.
* Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate complex issues to leads or engineering.
* Work collaboratively with engineering, quality, and other cross‐functional groups.
* Ensure repairs meet all specifications and quality requirements.
* Maintain 5S and cleanliness in warranty work areas.
* Participate in continuous improvement activities.
* Support team goals for safety, quality, delivery, and performance.
** Your Background
*** High school diploma or equivalent.
* Experience with OIP & OPD bushing assembly and operation.
* Ability to read and follow engineering drawings and work instructions.
* SAP or similar ERP system experience.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to lift 35 lbs. safely.
