Responsibilities
- Report to front line leadership.
- Work as a team member to obtain plant & departmental goals.
- Safely operate equipment to ensure maximum product throughput and minimum downtime, including clearing and restarting machinery as necessary.
- Visually inspect & gauge product in production and document inspection results.
- Report any non-conformances to front line leadership.
- Correctly complete daily production reports and submit at shift’s end.
- Feed materials to machines to keep production running.
- Read & interpret traveler/work order.
- Operate & understand MATTEC software.
- Perform routine housekeeping, cleaning and maintenance as assigned/required.
- Uphold Safety Absolutes.
- Work & perform to ISO standards, SOPs and established Work Instructions.
- Uphold Quality Standards & follow the Absolutes.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Capable of physical mobility including sitting, bending, twisting, standing, and lifting.
- Capable of reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Capable of lifting up to 35 lbs repeatedly.
- Capable of complying with all Safety requirements including the use of PPE: PPE includes but is not limited to Bump Cap or Hard Hat, Safety Eyewear or Prescription Safety Eyewear, Safety Shoes, Hearing Protection and Disposable Mask.
- Capable of maintaining an attendance record within Company guidelines and working required overtime.
- High School Graduate or equivalent.
- Negative drug screen results.
- Work in a safe manner.
- Previous experience in an assembly operation preferred.
- 12 hour shift (2 Days On, 2 Days Off, 3 Days On, 2 Days Off, 2 Days On, 3 Days Off)
- Climate Controlled Environment
- Additional $1.50/hr differential for night shift.
