Real Alloy in Tennessee seeks a Furnace Assistant to support furnace operations in a heavy manufacturing setting. You will work rotating 7 AM–7 PM and 7 PM–7 AM with a 4 on/3 off cycle, and you’ll wear protective equipment in extreme temperatures.
Starting pay is $23.08 per hour, rising to $26.68 after 90 days with good attendance and performance. A $300 sign-on bonus after 90 days and a $600 retention bonus after 9 months are offered.
